Q: How do I return an item? A: Please visit our Returns Center to create a new return. 

Q: Will I get tracking for my order? A: Tracking is available for Priority 3-Day, Priority 2-Day, Priority Express 2-Day, Priority International and Priority International Express

Q: When will I receive my shipping confirmation and tracking code? A: Your shipping confirmation and tracking code will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled. For added peace of mind, we'll also send you tracking updates all along the way.

Q: What happens if my delivery fails and is shipped back to Piko Shirts? A: In the unlikely event that your delivery fails, the item(s) will be shipped back to Piko Shirts. Once we receive your items we'll refund your credit card with the amount of your purchase minus shipping cost plus a processing and handling fee of $5.

Q: What happens if an item from my order is discontinued? A: In the unlikely event an item is discontinued, we'll contact you directly to see if we can find a similar item or cancel the order completely.

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order? A: Our goal is to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. With that said, orders can take up to 7 business days, depending on availability, to process and ship your order. To keep Piko Shirts prices low, every item comes directly from the manufacturer. As a result, more popular items, seasonal items, backordered items and coming soon items can take longer to get back in stock. We do everything in our power to ensure your package is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Q: I just received an email notice that my item was delivered, but it's not here? A: Please don't be alarmed, in the unlikely event this occurs, please contact us directly at support@pikoshirts.com to sort things out. In the past, USPS shipping agents have accidentally checked an item in with the status of "delivered" instead of "in transit", however, the item was delivered to the customer just fine. 

Q: My order confirmation says it was delivered by USPS, but I don't have it in hand. What do I do? A: Contact the USPS at 1-800-275-8777 immediately and file a new claim. Tell them your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand. The USPS will conduct a thorough investigation to locate your package. In the event the USPS discovers that the item was delivered, with GPS proof, then eligible orders can claim priority shipping insurance. If the item was lost by the USPS, then eligible orders will qualify for up to $50 in priority shipping insurance. The reimbursement for your loss is handled by USPS and not PikoShirts.com. In the unlikely event this happens, you'll need to repurchase your item(s) on PikoShirts.com.
