Consumer disputes can be settled out of court. Which body is competent depends on the kind of dispute.
The CACCL and the CNIACC do not accept disputes about healthcare provided by health professionals, including prescriptions. Law no. 144/2015 (art. 2(2)(b)) excludes these disputes. For them, there are the ERS's mediation and the CAUAL.
