No. All consultations are by video call, wherever you are. Before each one, you fill in a short clinical form and, between consultations, you talk to the clinical team by chat.
It depends on each person, on the plan and on how you follow it. In the first few weeks, while your body adjusts, it's normal to notice little difference, and weight loss is never linear. Consistent results take months, and the doctor tracks your progress at every consultation.
You lose weight when you eat less than your body uses. When indicated, medication reduces appetite and increases fullness, so that this is possible without constant hunger. At each consultation, the doctor helps you adjust your diet and physical activity to your routine.

No. Weight-loss medication is not compatible with pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you're planning to get pregnant, talk to your doctor: treatment has to be stopped beforehand.
The first consultation costs €29. Follow-up consultations cost €49, or less per consultation if you choose a 3- or 6-month pack. Each consultation includes chat support until the next one.
No. If the doctor prescribes medication, you pick it up at a pharmacy of your choice. Medicine prices are regulated, so they vary little from one pharmacy to another.
No. You pay per consultation or per pack, with no automatic charges — so there's nothing to cancel.
We don't have agreements with insurers, but you receive an invoice for each consultation, which you can send to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Check the terms with your insurer.
