Data processing operations carried out by Lyvion Digital Solutions, Lda are intended for the contractual relationship for the provision of medical services through the piko.com site; furthermore, all clinical information provided on this site is protected by professional secrecy binding on the healthcare professionals who interact with the User.
In that context the User expressly accepts the use of their personal data exclusively for administrative and clinical purposes.
If the respective information is duly ensured and express authorisation is collected, personal data collected may, where appropriate, be processed for statistical purposes, for disclosure or promotional information activities and for communication activities, through direct communication, whether by post, email, messages or any other electronic communications service.
Data subjects may, at any time, exercise their right to object to the use of their personal data for other purposes.
If the User completes the Contact Form available on this Website, the following personal data will be collected:

- Tax identification number or identification or passport number if the User does not have a tax identification number;

Data retention periods
