Inês Martins is a nutritionist registered with the Ordem dos Nutricionistas, Portugal's nutritionists' council, under licence no. 4153. She earned her degree in Dietetics and Nutrition at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria's School of Health Sciences, and a postgraduate diploma in Sports Nutrition at CESPU. Since 2019 she has worked in clinical nutrition in clinics and gyms, and in food education programmes with children and older people in the Porto metropolitan area.
At Piko, she writes the nutrition plans of the weight-loss programme's patients and leads live sessions on eating during treatment.
